You are the kindest people I have had the pleasure to meet. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all you did for Mum and me.
Having now experienced six months of care in Carnalea I was inspired to write this review with the full agreement of my sister. We have just visited Mum and as always agree how fortunate we are to have placed Mum in a home that provides complete peace of mind – the type of care home that all our ageing relatives should experience and be entitled to.
On behalf of her family, we wish to thank you and your dedicated staff for the caring way Mum was looked after during her stay with you at Carnalea. Your establishment sets the standard for how a care home should be run, where nothing is too much trouble for the welfare of your residents.
Our lovely Mum went to Carnalea after finding it difficult to live on her own any longer.
The love and care that our Mum, and us her children, received was wonderful.
The Staff were all kind and considerate, and very caring. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The home is immaculate, her room was kept spotless.

At a very stressful time, when decisions have to be made about full-time care for a much loved family member, staff were extremely helpful and caring. Obviously, we had great anxiety about choosing a suitable home and whether we had made the right choice, but from the start, we were all comforted knowing that all residents are well looked after with great care and compassion by dedicated staff.
I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful care home. The staff are caring and kind and go out of their way to make everyone welcome. It has a wonderful warm feel and my grandma couldn't be anywhere better. Management are always on hand to discuss any issues and are again brilliant. It's home from home. Thank you.
